Well the problem installing Windows 7 in a Netbook is that there is no DVD drive in netbook, you can use an external DVD drive to do this but here an easy way out for you. You can also use this method on your Laptop if your DVD drive doesn’t work.

Use Flash Drive to Install Windows 7

Installing Windows 7 from a Flash drive is same as installing from a DVD. Most of the work is setting up your flash drive to make it bootable.
Make sure you have a USB Flash drive of 4GB to make it work as the Windows OS is around 3.5GB.
Format the Flash Drive before starting the process of copying files to it.
Download the small utility from Microsoft called Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool.
After installing the Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool, just browse the ISO file in your Computer and choose media type as USB Device in the next window.
Select the path of USB Flash Drive and copy the files to it. Your USB Flash Drive will become a bootable Windows 7 set up.
