1.place the mouce crusor on the blank desktop
2.right click new-shortcut then write in the box: taskkill.exe /f /fi "status eq not responding"
3.then next
4.it willbe create a desktop shortcut
then u can change icon
when the programm not responding and hang or freez then double click the taskkil icon twice
